ENGAGE is The Vine Fellowship Church’s intentional leadership development experience designed to equip believers to lead with humility, reliability, and kingdom-minded influence. More than a class, ENGAGE is a transformational journey that helps participants deepen their relationship with Christ, discover their God-given purpose, develop practical leadership skills, and prepare to make a lasting impact in the church, community, and beyond. Through biblical teaching, personal reflection, mentorship, and hands-on application, ENGAGE cultivates leaders who are spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, and committed to serving God’s Kingdom with excellence.

The ENGAGE Journey

Every participant progresses through a 12-week intimate leadership experience alongside seasoned and experienced leaders, designed to:

Deepen their relationship with Christ through intentional spiritual growth
Strengthen biblical foundations and leadership principles
Develop character, humility, and personal accountability
Cultivate reliability in service, stewardship, and decision-making
Embrace expandability by remaining teachable and open to growth
Discover and clarify their God-given purpose and calling
Build meaningful relationships through mentorship and community
Gain practical leadership skills that can be applied in ministry, family, and the marketplace
Learn to lead with integrity, influence, and Kingdom-minded vision
Identify and maximize their spiritual gifts and unique strengths
Serve others effectively while modeling the heart of Christ
Create a personal leadership development plan for continued growth beyond the cohort
A transformational journey that equips participants to lead themselves well, serve others faithfully, and impact the world around them for the glory of God.
